Not because they're hiding but because they've spent their careers letting the work speak. And the work, however exceptional, doesn't speak loudly enough in a category where every firm claims the same things: trusted, experienced, results-driven.
Kinghorn Law didn't have a performance problem. They had a presence problem. Referrals were steady. Clients were loyal. The firm's standing in its space was built on years of doing genuinely good work for people who needed it. None of that was in question.
What was in question was everything the outside world could see. A website that could have belonged to anyone. Materials that gave no real sense of who Kinghorn were, what they stood for, or why the right client should choose them over a competitor with a comparable track record. The firm that existed behind closed doors was sharper, warmer, and more distinctive than anything their brand was communicating.
There was a gap between the firm that existed and the firm the world could see. That gap was costing them, not in clients they'd lost, but in clients who'd never found them.
We closed it.
"We'd built the firm we wanted to build. We just hadn't built the brand to match it. Dehoco closed that gap and made it visible to the people who needed to find us."
